Various maintenance works were carried out on this complex. This balcony suffered from failed waterproofing under the tiling. Tiles, screed and original waterproofing were removed down to concrete slab which was prepared for a new approved robust under tile waterproof membrane followed by re-tiling. This and other balconies never looked so good. An aesthetically pleasing solution/upgrade to a persistent waterproofing issue which if left could potentially damage the structure and cause health issues.
